Properties of acid phosphatase from potato tubers immobilized to magnetic particles

Abstract

We immobilized acid phosphatase from potato tubers to magnetic glyoxal 4% agarose beads. We analyzed the kinetic properties and stability of the immobilized acid phosphatase in comparison with the soluble one.
