Abstrakt
Till now, the application of the concept of cellular immobilization and perifusion to hepatocytes for various biomedical applications is in its infancy and needs further development to gain wider applications because of inherited advantages. On the other hand applications in pharmacotoxicological and metabolic research studies, are being modelech a in vivo.
