The prevalence of CYP2C9 and VKORC1 polymorphisms in the Czech Republic and reflect on the views of anticoagulation therapy with warfarin

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of CYP2C9 and VKORC1 polymorphisms in the Czech Republic and to assess the views of the anticoagulant warfarin treatment in light of new antithrombotic agents.
