Abstract

Clinical efficiency of phototherapy of wounds after epysiotomia depends on the type of the sets used for physical therapy. The quality of healing of post-epysiotomia wounds after using BIOPTRON, LASER ML MEDICA and PHOTOMAGNETIC devices is compared.

The therapeutical efficiency of PILER light generated by the BIOPTRON device was found to be significantly higher. When PILER light was applied, healing of the epysiotomia sequencies was completed within shorter terms, and complications were minimized.

It is conluded that phototherapy with BIOPTRON can be recommended for the treatment of wounds related to gynecological and obstretics
