Abstract

Fabry disease is a rare X-linked recessive lysosomal storage disease, which can cause a wide range of systemic symptoms. Due to presence of typical skin lesions it is also known as angiokeratoma corporis diffusum.

Skin findings and the systemic involvement is discussed.
