Abstract
Stress in the bone tissue is influenced vy the level of loading and implant dimensions. Implant root shape and diameter-to length ratio are more important for the reduction of stress than implant lenght and diameter taken separately.
Presented finite element method gave higher accuracy in calculation the maximum stress in the bone and selection of the most acceptable implants.
