Introduction: The authors present five cases of solitary or multiple metastases in renal cell carcinoma treated with different types of pancreatic resection pankreatu.Výsledky: From the set of four patients underwent radical nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma 6,9,11 and 14 years before diagnosis of pancreatic metastases. The fifth patient experienced an asymptomatic jaundice as a sign of metastasis in pancreatic head as the first symptom of primary tumor.
Were performed Whipple operation, one simultaneously with nephrectomy, one pankreatektomie total, one atypical resection of the head and neck of the pancreas with splenectomy and one caudal pankreatektomie with splenectomy. Conclusion: Resection of metastatic renal cell carcinoma in the pancreas gives patients a chance for long-term survival.
