KIR genes and KIR ligands affect occurrence of acute GVHD after unrelated, 12/12 HLA matched, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Abstract

In the group of 124 unrelated donor haematopoietic stem cell transplant patients from 12/12 HLA identical donors have been identified KIR genes and KIR ligands significantly affecting the incidence of aGVHD.
