Abstract

Autoimmune-induced inflammations of intestinal tract represent considerably heterogeneous group of diseases. They involve diseases of unknouws etiology and pathogenesis.

This large group involves celiac sprue, inflolammatory bowel disease and microscopic colitis. This is the review of charakteristics and basic therapy of particular groups of diseses.

In cases ob inflammatory bowel disease, the new and dramatically developing biological therapy is presented in details. Microscopic colitis is a rare disease found at the end of the last century.

Characteristic manifestation of the disease i watery diarrhoea and standard endoscopic findings.
