Abstract
A recombinant plant nuclease for usage as a antitumor therapeutics with low side-effect in the cured organism: during its administration no deterioration of immune system or weight-loss takes effect, and aspermatogenesis is only slightly manifested. The nuclease is prepared in plant leaves (species Nicotiana benthamiana) with the use of genetically transformed bacteria (Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain LBA 4404) bearing a DNA construct coding for this nuclease.
