Abstract
Certified course of the regional anaesthesia techniques for physicians who wish to apply for the exam from the ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia techniques. The course includes anatomical demonstration of the nervous system on cadavers, theoretical lectures focused on basic principles and techniques of regional anaesthesia, nerve stimulation and ultrasound guidance.
Practical part consists of the "hands-on" demonstration of ultrasound anatomy on the human models as well as of the simulation of the regional anaesthesia techniques under ultrasound guidance. This demonstration covers mainly upper and lower extremities, thorax, abdomen and some special anaesthesia techniques.
