Hypertension prevalence, treatment, and control in patients with IgA nephropathy after long-term follow-up period
Abstract
IgA nephropathy is immune-complex-mediated glomeru¬lonefritis, one of the most common chronic glomerulonephritis. After 14.5 yrs follow-up period of 42 pts with IgAN there was found out threefold increase in hypertension prevalence.
