Abstract
17years old patient has suffered from a fracture of crowns and toot reaching the edge of alveolus on the palatal side. After an endodontic treatment the orthodontist extruded the root so that we could have treated it prosthetically.
Two years after finishing of the therapy the result it stable and aesthetically satisfying.
