Abstract
Immune response to specific antigen prepared from human breast cancer and non-specific antigen prepared from the blood of inbred mice strain C3H/H2K infected with LDH virus was estimated. The first group of patients was examinated by method for determination of cell-mediated immunity (CMI).
The modified ELISA method (3) was used for determination of the common antibodies and antibodies IgM and IgG in the second group of women. LDH virus affects on mitochondrial energy production.
