Abstract
The chapter is devoted to congenital CNS malformations, chromosomal aberrations and neurocutaneous syndromes (neurofibromatosis, tuberous sclerosis, disorders of pigment, vascular syndromes). A detailed description of cerebral palsy, mental retardation and developmental disorders of motor coordination, behavior (ADHD, autism) as well as learning disabilities are included.
The attention is focused also on syringomyelia and connected syndromes including Chiari malformation.
