Abstract

In cooperation with the University in Lausanne, high-resolution distribution of in-situ hybridization signal co-localizing with both transcriptionally active genes and their polyadenylated RNA sequence was analyzed. It was demonstrated that these genes are localized particularly in perichromatin area where transcription takes place.
