Iminodiacetic acid-modified magnetic poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) - based microspheres for phosphopeptide enrichment

Abstract

Magnetic poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate) microspheres modified with iminodiacetic acid (IDA) were employed for the IMAC separation of phosphopeptides.
