Oychodystrophy in obssesive-compulsive disorder. Case report

Abstract

61-year-old woman with a 5–year history of onychodystrophy of hand fingers-like lesions in the context of vasculitis allergica, and was treated at immunology and allergology departments. Comorbidity and pathophysiology – autoimmune thyreoiditis, allergic bronchial asthma (atopy ), diabetes mellitus type II, hypertension, hypertriglyceridemia, reduced high density lipoproteid (HD), abdominal obesity, ulcerous colitis.

Synchronous life events – divorce, retirement, moving with social isolation and polymorbidity by the pacient may caused immune reactions and activated somatic symptoms.
