Abstract
Compensation for transient psychiatric disorders and psychological injuries can be assessed in cases with mental disorders of rather a reactive character corresponding with official diagnostic entities included in ICD-10. Then it is possible to compensate even such disorders characterised by the patient as psychic pain or suffering as i tis illustrated in a short case report of a protracted Hoigné syndrome.
