Abstract
Magnetic resonance (MR) is assessed as the most suitable method in the evaluation of the white matter pathological lesions extent in neuropsychiatric lupus erythematosus (NP-SLE). 6 patients younger 18 years with verified NP-SLE were investigated by 1.5T MR imaging.
