Combine orthodonthic surgical treatment of patients with anterior open bite from orthodonthic point of view

Abstract

The skeletal aterior open is, from the therapeutical oint of view, the worst anomaly of facial skeleton. Combine orthodontics and orthognathic surgery is causal therapy only.

There is must for close cooperatin between orthodontists and orthognathic surgeons. The preop orthodonthics preparation is very complicated and required respect to natural alveolar bine volume.

Paper is describing basic orthodonthic techniques.
