Abstract
Foot deformity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis are very common. Due to the inflammation is decreasing transverse and longitudinal arch of the foot.
Operations aim to achieve plantar position of the foot. Allow the patient wearing standard or tailor-made shoes to provide painless walking and standing, and not least to avoid asymmetric overloading neighboring joints.
