The article deals with question, which is entitled to provide vaccination, both in terms of regulation of health care providers, and of the particular qualification. Especially tries to analyse concordance between currant actual situation, i. e. vaccination providing by nurses, and legal status.

It also deals with the issue of immunization and breach of confidentiality in relation to public health authorities.
