Abstract
This review summarizes diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to patients with early recognised erectile dysfunction related to risk factors of cardiovascular diseases. The cause of vascular erectile dysfunction and atherosclerosis is the same – endtohtelial dysfunction.
If an erectile dysfunction is early diagnosed in man without personal history of CVD urological and internal examinations are necessary for assessement of type and cause of this symptom.
