Abstract
Evidence-based guidelines for the treatment of invasive aspergillosis in adult hematology patients, especially in patients with acute leukemia and those after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, are presented. Panel of experts summarized the current evidence for the treatment of invasive aspergillosis, with regard to the recommendations of the European Conference in Infections in Laeukemia (ECIL) and Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA).
These guidelines updated those published in the Czech Republic in 2003/2004.
