Modern therapy of chilblains - let us not repeat old mistakes

Abstract

The author gives a summary overview on chilblains treatment developed during last 5 years. She shows the advantage of the bone 3D-scintigraphy for the assessment of the degree of the frostbite damage and for the prognosis of the partial amputation of extremities.

She indicates the most frequent mistakes in the treatment of chilblains.
