Abstract
Accumulation of fat is a typical part in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes. The use of incretin analogues administered at intervals of 1-2 weeks and in part of patients with type 2 diabetes and obese patients with type 1 diabetes a combination of an incretin analogue with insulin represent treatment prospects for the future.
