Abstract
Occupational therapist (OT) and his role in interprofessional team in neurorehabilitation is irreplaceable. OT belongs to all phases of neurorehabilitation.
OT should be represented already in the acute phase. It is ussual, that In the Czech Republic OT at this stage is not represented.
The most common representation of OT is in the phase of regional neurorehabilitation. On the other hand in the community care OT is often missing in Czech Republic.
