Abstract
Long-term enteral nutrition support shlould be provided preferentially using Prrcutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy. Indication and placement of PEG in paediatric patients should be realized in centers designed for pediatric gastroenterology with experienced team appropriatre equipment.
