Fractional uptake rate revisited - theory and clinical validation.

Abstract

The report presents principal goals achieved in the project GAČR 303/07/0950 which are improved accuracy and precision of the measurement of renal clearance by gamma-camera method due to application of transmission measurement and quantification of scintigraphic data based on combination of several models of radiopharmaceutical transit through the kidney.
