Clinically documented data set of dynamic renal scintigraphy for clinical audits and quality assurance of nuclear medicine software
Abstrakt
Standard data sets are essential tools for software testing, clinical audits and interlaboratory comparisons. The aim of the contribution is to describe and analyze a standard data set of dynamic renal scintigraphy (www.dynamicrenalstudy.org) which is one of the results of the research project GACR 303/07/0950.
The data set consists of anonymized image data completed by clinical, laboratory, and radionuclid in-vitro data. Database is a potentially useful tool for quality assessment in radionuclide nephrourology.
