Maping of chromosome 11 breakpoints in acute myeloid leukemia

Abstract

Analyse of breakpoints and amplificated areas / deletion on chromosomes is necessary for identificatin of genes connoting to the tumor development. It is one of the most often cytogenetic changes of chromosome 11 in acute leukemia.
