Abstract
This publication aims to provide students with field of addiction study support and information necessary for a proper understanding of criminal procedural law, while it is processed in such a form that reflects adiktologické just focus on his bachelor's and master's studies at First faculty of Medicine Charles University in Prague. The publication is not a textbook of criminal procedural law, as they are perceived and processed textbooks for students in law schools, also no substitute for such a textbook.
Does not attempt to explain all the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and detailed way to analyze them.
