Behavioral effects of galanin in stressed rats and participation of its receptor subtypes

Abstract

Using immunofluorescent procedure was demonstrated that adeenohypophysis expresses all galanin receptors subtypes, The specificity o the reaction was confirmed by the Western blot. Stress increased galanin R2 subtype.
