Abstract
Presence of negative side effects of medication is rising with age and with number of using drungs at patients. It is necessary to look at pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic changes at elderly people as a consequences of physiological lower liver enzymes function, lower kidney function and also changes at level of receptors.
We use low-dose regimens at a lot of drugs. It is recommend rule "start low, go slow" at geriatric pharmacotherapy.
