Abstract
The author summarizes historical overview of pharmacotherapeutical approaches used for patients with erectile dysfunction diagnosis. It is followed by a comprehensive and detailed pharmacological description or characteristic of these pharmaceuticals: yohimbini hydrochloridum, alprostadilum, papaverini hydrochloridum, sildenafilum, tadalafilum, vardenafilum.
