Abstract
The authors present a case study describing the treatment of two patients who were operated on findings neuroepiteliálních large tumors located anterior to the sacrum. In the first case, the tumor was resected front transperitoneal approach and in the second resection was carried back transsakrálním approach.
In the discussion attention is paid to the clinical picture, which is present in the expansion of the pelvis. List the differential diagnosis disclosure statement taken in order for the expansion of the sacrum and graphic picture of these expansions.
At the same time discussed the strategy of surgical treatment of diseases and postoperative follow-up.
