Abstract
Clinical presentation and imaging assessment were similar for Klatskin tumors and benign fibrosing disease. Management of obstruction of the liver hilum is dictated by the suspicion of malignancy, an aggressive resectional approach is justified if the malignit infiltration cannot be ruled out.
