Abstract
Our results confirmed that morbidity, mortality, DFI and survival is simmilar in patients who underwent repeated liver resections compared with those with one resection. Indication for repeated liver resection are the same as for first resection.
Patient should be well aware of probability of repeated liver resection at hte time of first hepatectomy. Liver preserving resection should be prefered.
