Differential diagnosis of epileptic and nonepileptic seizures

Abstract

The correct diagnosis is complicated by paroxysmal nature of symptoms, their irregular or sporadic occurrence and the fact that semiology pathophysiologically quite different seizure manifestations may be very similar.
