Rozlišení primárně mediastinálního lymfomu a difúzního velkobuněčného lymfomu pomocí kvantitativní polymerázové řetězové reakce v reálném čase

Abstrakt

Primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma (PMBL) seems to be reliably distinguished from diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with microarray technology. Considering labouriousness and costs material of this method, the goal of this study was to establish an alternative and more affordable method to distinguish PMBL from DLBCL.

Using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction and analyzing gene expression of limited number of genes a formula for distinguishing these two diagnoses was suggested.
