Abstract
Change of sex in trasnsexualism (TS) is treated also with hormones a than with hormone substitution. After 12 months with hormonal treatment can be done surgery sex conversion, sometimes we use only hormonal therapy.
In male-to-female TS we use oestradiol and cyproteronacetate treatment, in female-to-male TS testosterone treatment.
