Abstract
The development of Czech colorectal cancer screening in years 2000 – 2010 is described, The screening methods are analyzed – guaiac and immunochemical FOBT and primary screening colonoscopy in the new design of the program. Data management of screening colonoscopies, especially on the rising amount of these procedures an colorectal neoplasie findings.
