Organization of the amplified type I interferon gene cluster and associated chromosome regions in the interphase nucleus of human osteosarcoma cells.

Abstract

In collaboration with the University at Buffalo, we characterized the amplified interferon gene in the osteosarcoma cells and proposed the model of the amplification that has a potencial importance for the genesis of tumors.
