Hypolipidemic therapy in the hands of a general practitioner

Abstract

Cardiovascular disease is the most common cause of mortality and morbidity in the Czech Republic. Only a comprehensive intervention with all the risk factors may result in an effective reduction in the cardiovascular risk of the patient.
