Abstract
Sexological analysis some outcomes of changes in criminal law, which are connected with the new European Directive about prevention of a child sexual abuzus. New and complicated situation is caused through discrepancy between a „Child“definition as a person less than 18 years of age and age of a consensus with a sexual intercourse.
There are also great problems with a definition of a „child pornography“.
