Xenotransplantation of human cells to study pathophysiology of tumors and therapeutic strategies

Abstract

Xenotransplantation of human cells into immunodeficient mice represents a preclinical model to study many human diseases. The aim of the study was to develop and characterize mouse model of human normal and malignant hematopoiesis.
