Abstract
Multiple sclerosis is central nervous system disease with autoimmune mechanism in its patogenesis.Those cause myelin involvement and damage of the axons.In the article are described the basic clinical symptoms,differential diagnosis and therapy. The article is intendent for generale ophthalmogists.
