Abstract
The authors present the case of a man developing an acute myocardial infarction when only 35 years old. A subsequent bleeding complication while receiving antiúplatelet and anticoagulation therapy led to the finding of squamous cell carcinoma in the rectal region, the carcinoma was successfully removed.
