Abstract
Pride is the most serious of the all main sins. In general population we can meet with unreasonable convictions and delusions in 4-8%.
There is a continuum of psychotic symptoms in general population. The most frequent symptoms of pride in psychotic disorders are macromanic delusions.
Each diagnostic category of psychotic disorders has characteristic type of delusions. Therapy of pride in psychotic disorders in first line consists of psychopharmacotherapy and in second line we can join psychotherapy to build up insight of disorder.
